International Homeless Animals’ Day in the Republic of Panama

The IHAD began on August 16, 2017, thanks to a matching grant from ISAR to spay/neuter 200 cats from the West Side of Panama City; this is crossing the bridge over the Panama Canal. The need is great and we aimed at 300 sterilizations, unfortunately the weather did not cooperate and it rained the four days. Most of the cats were feral.
